RTO Works provides digital training and assessment resources and related services. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
This policy is consistent with the Australian Consumer Law under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
1. No Refunds for Change of Mind
Due to the nature of digital products (which cannot be returned once accessed or delivered),
RTO Works does not provide refunds for:
- change of mind
- incorrect selection by the customer
- finding a similar product elsewhere
- lack of use after purchase
- failure to download or access due to user error
2. Refunds for Major Problems
You may be entitled to a refund or remedy where the product has a major failure, such as where it:
- is significantly different from its description
- contains critical errors that prevent reasonable use
- is unusable or defective in a way that cannot be fixed within a reasonable time
Where a major failure is confirmed, we may provide a refund, replacement, or other remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law.
3. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase a resource that you have previously purchased from RTO Works, we may offer a credit for the duplicated purchase amount.
4. Support and Resolution
If you experience an issue with a purchased resource, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to assist and resolve the issue promptly.
