Introducing Our New Principal Consultant: Alison Lovell – The Compliance Wizard!

Only people can be made to appreciate in value.” At RTO Works, we are a people-centred business who places a high value on our tribe of wonderful and talented people. So, we are very excited to announce that another tribe member has now been initiated, Alison Lovell, our Compliance Wizard and new Principal Consultant.

Alison has taken over the management of our consulting team and the role of Principal Consultant to provide clients with exceptional support to protect their business from compliance risks. Her RTO and education sector experience is complemented by the fact that she is a qualified legal practitioner with more than a decade of experience as a lawyer across the private and public sectors specialising in administrative law and challenging government decision-making processes.

Alison has a 100% success rate for ASQA decisions she has challenged in the Australian Administrative Tribunal (AAT) for clients. Her exceptional eye for detail and experience in identifying and managing compliance risks is evident in everything she does and her calm demeanour and her care and diligence for her clients’ compliance health is an asset to herself and our team.

As we welcome Alison Lovell to our team, we also want to take a moment to celebrate the exceptional work of our founder, Sally Tansley. After years of dedicated service as our Principal Consultant, Sally has decided to transition to the role of Consulting Advisor as she moves into a part-time role so she can spend more time with her family and doing other things she loves.

Sally’s vision and leadership have been instrumental in establishing RTO Works as a trusted partner in the compliance industry. As she steps into her new role, Sally will continue to contribute her wealth of knowledge and experience, offering guidance and strategic insights to our team and clients. Her invaluable support and mentorship will undoubtedly pave the way for even greater success for RTO Works in the future. Her commitment to maintaining the high standards that have become synonymous with our brand will undoubtedly continue to inspire us all.

Alison’s expertise, combined with the ongoing support of Sally in her new role, sets the stage for a dynamic and promising future for RTO Works as we look to the future and continue to strive for quality RTO consultant solutions for our clients and the wider sector.
