Off-The-Shelf Streamlined RTO Setup Packages

RTO Works offers streamlined RTO setup packages for clients familiar with the VET industry and its regulations.

Our streamlined packages allow you to complete much of the documentation yourself. We streamline the process by providing access to our tried and tested system of policies and procedures. Our compliance experts will provide support along the way, rather than project managing the entire process.

This keeps the initial application costs lower while maximising the chance that your RTO setup application is successful.

Our documentation is easy to customise. Each package comes with instructions and guidance from our consultants, as well as a set number of support hours where you can ask questions and receive feedback, advice and support for your project.

We also provide custom consulting services as an optional extra. For parts of the project where you need expert support, our RTO registration consultants will work with you to develop and review your application. This can include Financial Viability Risk Assessment (FVRA) document preparation services, industry consultation support, TAS development, trainer file review and more.

This option is suitable for clients with experience in the VET industry. If you feel confident in project managing your own ASQA submission, we can streamline the process of creating documentation, and our team of experts can provide support for key aspects of your application.

This package is suitable if you don’t feel confident in project managing your own application, or if you don’t have the time and would rather let our experts handle it.

RTO Registration

Registering a new RTO allows you to deliver Vocation Education and Training (VET).

CRICOS Registration

If you intend to provide education to international students, your organisation must be registered with the Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS).

We can assist you with registering a new CRICOS provider, or we can combine RTO and CRICOS setup into a single package. Note that you are required to register a domestic provider (RTO) in order to register for CRICOS.

ELICOS Registration

Organisations that want to offer English Language Intensive Courses for Overseas Students (ELICOS) must be registered with CRICOS. Providing ELICOS courses is an excellent way to improve outcomes for international learners and provide a gateway to further study for students.
