Note – Please provide details for only one training product per form.

Please include the number of terms, the number of weeks in each term and the number of breaks and the number of weeks for each break.

For example:

78 weeks (6 x 10 week terms and breaks after term 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 with a total of 18 weeks break)

If you propose to add a single unit or skill set, please note your preferred duration in terms of hours/days.
