RTO Works ICT training package units include the following:

Assessment – includes mapping, assessor resources (with project portfolio templates and simulation pack and documents as needed that include assessor guidance and benchmarks), student resources (with the student versions of the assessor resources inclusions), student assessment tasks and assessor marking guide.

Training – includes slideshow, student guide, trainer guide and trainer guide mapping.

Self study guide – can be used for self-directed learning for ICT training resources – great for CRICOS students.

User resources - includes IT Works Trainer and Assessor User Guide and IT Works Student User Guide.
