RTO Works SHB Training Package units include the following:
Beauty Services and Salon Management:
Assessment – includes mapping documents, assessment marking guides, student assessment tasks booklets and supporting resources including Salon Logbooks (which include observation checklists and other relevant templates) and Salon Documents (such as salon policies and procedures, forms and documents).
Learning – includes detailed Learner Guides, PowerPoint slideshows and session plans to guide delivery, and Self-Study Guides.
User Resources - includes the Hair and Beauty Trainer and Assessor User Guide and the Hair and Beauty Student User Guide.
Certificate III in Hairdressing:
Assessment – includes mapping documents, assessment marking guides, student assessment tasks booklets and supporting resources including Salon Logbooks (which include observation checklists and other relevant templates) and Salon Documents (such as salon policies and procedures, forms and documents).
Learning – includes PowerPoint slideshows and session plans to guide delivery and complement the prescribed text (Professional Hairdressing & Barbering Australian and New Zealand Edition | 2nd Edition), and Self-Study Guides.
User Resources - includes the Hair and Beauty Trainer and Assessor User Guide and the Hair and Beauty Student User Guide.
